Position Summary
The Digital Sales & Growth Executive is a commercially focused digital role responsible for driving online visibility, lead generation, conversion, and revenue growth across digital platforms. This role goes beyond traditional social media management, with a clear mandate to translate digital activity into measurable commercial outcomes through sales enablement, campaign execution, and funnel performance optimization.
Responsibilities or duties
- Drive online inquiries and conversions for Niche Cluster and experiential products, tracking leads through the sales funnel, and collaborating with reservations and sales teams to maximize closure of digital-origin leads.
- Enhance digital product visibility across websites, social media, and marketplaces by executing targeted campaigns, ensuring precise online pricing and descriptions, and supporting the launch and promotion of new products and experiences.
- Develop and manage lead generation content that aligns with target customer segments and buying behavior, while supporting sales-driven campaigns and maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels.
- Monitor digital performance metrics, track digital campaign ROI, identify underperforming channels for optimization, and maintain structured lead tracking and reporting.
- Collaborate with the Commercial Growth Lead on growth initiatives, align digital messaging with operational capabilities, support sales through digital tools and content, and ensure adherence to brand standards and compliance protocols.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Media, or a related field
- Proven ability to independently execute sales-driven digital content and campaigns
- Demonstrated success delivering measurable outcomes (leads, conversions, revenue impact)
- Strong AI proficiency for content creation, campaign optimization, and reporting
- Commercial mindset with experience in conversion optimization and performance tracking
- Proficiency in social platforms, analytics tools, and CRM or lead tracking systems
Experience needed
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in digital marketing, digital sales, or growth-focused roles
- Experience in hospitality, travel, leisure, or experiential sectors
- Understanding of travel products, destinations, and customer buying behavior
- Exposure to ticketing, leisure travel, sports, or experiential products
