Role Overview

The Direct Sales Representative – Personal Banking is responsible for driving growth of the retail business through aggressive sales and relationship management within the Nairobi Region.

The role demands strong customer engagement capabilities and a proactive sales approach to expand the personal banking portfolio.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The Direct Sales Representative will:

  • Drive growth of the retail banking business through structured sales activities.
  • Acquire new personal banking clients within the Nairobi Region.
  • Manage and grow customer relationships to enhance product uptake.
  • Identify cross-selling opportunities within the personal banking portfolio.
  • Support deposit mobilization and asset book growth.
  • Ensure adherence to retail sales policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to revenue growth through proactive relationship management.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and performance tracking.
  • Support achievement of assigned sales targets.
