AA Kenya is the oldest and largest automobile association in Kenya with over 100,000 members and branch offices in all major towns countrywide. Internationally we are affiliated with the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) which represents over 100 million motorists worldwide.
Job Summary;
Reporting to the Branch Team Leader, the DSR will be responsible for creating demand for AAK's products and services to potential customers and closing sales. Successful candidates will be on a monthly retainer plus performance commission.
Responsibilities or duties
- Promote and sell AA Kenya products and services.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain customer relationships.
- Support branch marketing activities.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Diploma or Degree qualification in any business-related field
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
Experience needed
- Experience in Sales and Marketing will be an added advantage
- Sales and marketing experience is an added advantage.
