The Public Service Commission (PSC) of Kenya is an independent constitutional commission established under Article 233 of the Constitution of Kenya, 2010. The Commission is responsible for overseeing human resource management and development within the public service. Its mandate includes recruitment, promotions, discipline, human capital development, and ensuring the values and principles of public service are upheld across government institutions.
The Commission plays a central role in strengthening professionalism, integrity, and accountability in the public sector. Through effective leadership, institutional oversight, and transparent recruitment processes, the PSC contributes to building a competent and responsive public service capable of delivering quality services to citizens.
In line with its mandate to strengthen institutional leadership and operational effectiveness within the public sector, the Public Service Commission invites applications from qualified and competent individuals to fill several vacant positions within the Commission. These opportunities provide experienced professionals with the platform to contribute to governance, strategic management, public administration, financial management, audit oversight, digital transformation, and organizational development within Kenya’s public service.

The Director – Digital Transformation and ICT Services leads the Commission’s digital transformation initiatives and oversees ICT infrastructure and services.
