  • Represent Apeiro Kenya through thought leadership initiatives, including industry forums, white papers, strategic publications, and healthcare technology engagements.
  • Provide operational oversight for Product and Engineering teams, ensuring product roadmaps and technical priorities are aligned with local customer requirements and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering leadership to prioritize enhancements, product releases, and technology investments.
  • Define, implement, monitor, and continuously improve Service Level Agreements (SLAs) governing Operations and Maintenance (O&M) services for deployed digital health platforms.
  • Monitor service performance against agreed SLAs and implement corrective actions to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the availability, stability, performance, and security of deployed health technology platforms through effective operational governance.
  • Oversee system maintenance activities, upgrades, patches, incident management, and lifecycle planning to minimize service disruptions.
  • Manage operational risks, escalations, and critical incidents while ensuring timely resolution and effective stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Executive Leadership to support strategic planning, business growth, and operational excellence.
  • Prepare executive reports, operational dashboards, and performance metrics to support informed decision-making and organizational governance.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Computer Science, Public Health, Health Informatics, or a related field. A Master's degree is an added advantage.
  • Minimum of 10 years of progressive professional experience, with a proven track record in a senior operational, programme management, or leadership role within the Kenyan market.
  • Demonstrated success managing Business-to-Business (B2B) and Business-to-Government (B2G) engagements, including accounts receivable, contract management, and complex payment cycles.
  • Proven experience building and managing strategic relationships with government agencies, healthcare institutions, development partners, and executive stakeholders.
