KEDA Ceramics is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse (WH&L) Documentation Specialist to manage and maintain accurate warehouse records, stock movement documentation, and inventory data in the carton warehouse. The role ensures real-time updates of inbound and outbound materials, supports inventory reconciliation, and maintains proper documentation control in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Responsibilities or duties
- Ensure accurate and timely updates of all inbound and outbound warehouse materials in the system and records.
- Maintain tracking records for belts, pallets, hardware, timbers, and other warehouse assets.
- Prepare and update daily stock reports for all godowns, identify deviations, analyze root causes, and escalate issues to the Warehouse Manager or HOD.
- Coordinate with the issuing team regarding waybills and delivery notes, and with the receiving team for Finished Goods Receipt Notes (FGRN).
- Print, verify, and review warehouse inventory movement documents, ensuring accuracy between system records and physical inventory.
- Identify and report discrepancies between physical inventory and system records for corrective action.
- Maintain proper filing and documentation control for all warehouse stock movement records.
- Ensure storage hygiene and uphold 5S standards within the assigned warehouse area.
- Support stock audits and inventory verification exercises when required.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse documentation flow and operational efficiency.
- Perform any other duties assigned by leadership or management.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- 1–2 years of active experience in data management, warehouse operations, or logistics documentation.
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong understanding of inventory documentation and warehouse processes.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
