Hiring: Ecommerce Lead
Reports To: Digital Commercial & Revenue Growth Lead
Role Summary:
Owns website performance, conversion, and monetization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Optimize conversion rate (CRO)
- Manage product listings, pricing, promotions
- Improve user journey (UX/UI)
- Collaborate with operations on stock and fulfillment
- Run A/B testing
KPIs:
- Conversion Rate
- Average Order Value (AOV)
- Cart Abandonment Rate (Email Marketing)
- Revenue per visitor
- Checkout completion rate
