Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Electrical Engineer to lead our workshop team responsible for the design, manufacture, and assembly of various electrical boards. The successful candidate will combine strong technical design capability with leadership, client engagement, and strict adherence to international and local electrical standards.

This role requires an electrical engineer who is comfortable moving between design office, workshop floor, and client engagement.

• Design electrical boards and electrical panels in accordance with project specifications.
• Produce detailed electrical drawings, schematics, layouts, and bill of materials.
• Ensure designs comply with international and local electrical standards (e.g., IEC, or applicable local codes).
• Review and approve workshop drawings prior to fabrication.
• Lead and supervise a workshop team involved in; Sheet metal cutting, bending, and fabrication, and Panel assembly, wiring, and testing
• Provide technical guidance to workshop personnel during manufacturing and assembly.
• Ensure quality control, safety, and compliance throughout the fabrication process.
• Coordinate workflow to meet project timelines and delivery schedules.
• Maintain strong working knowledge of electrical standards and regulations, both international and local.
• Ensure all designs, materials, and manufacturing processes meet compliance and certification requirements.
• Undertake inspections, testing, and commissioning activities where required.
