Key Responsibilities

• Curriculum Delivery: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging, high-impact lessons in English Language and Literature.
• Learner Assessment: Assess, track, and monitor individual student progress to map growth and design intervention pathways.
• Classroom Environment: Form a positive, highly interactive, and inclusive learning atmosphere that celebrates student collaboration.
• Curriculum Growth: Collaborate actively with departmental colleagues to enhance overall curriculum delivery and instructional models.
• Holistic Development: Provide structured support for students' broader academic landmarks and personal milestone development.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Relevant academic qualifications in Education or English specialization.
• Professional Registration: Registration with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) is highly preferred.
• Experience: Previous teaching experience will be treated as a valuable added advantage.
