Equinox Garden, a growing bar & restaurant in Ruiru, is looking for an experienced cook who can lead our kitchen operations.

* Supervise food preparation & kitchen staff * Maintain hygiene and food quality standards * Assist in menu planning & stock control
Technical skills: Proficient knife skills, knowledge of various cooking methods (baking, frying, grilling, boiling), and ability to operate kitchen equipment safely. Soft skills: Ability to multitask, work under pressure, communicate effectively, and work well as part of a team. Qualities: Attention to detail, organization, physical stamina, a passion for cooking, and a commitment to quality and cleanliness.
* 3+ years experience in a busy kitchen * Strong leadership & teamwork skills * Able to guide and train other cooks
