Background information about the job or company 

The African Women's Development Fund (AWDF) is seeking a qualified Facilitator – Documentation and Impact Reporting to support the organization's documentation and impact reporting efforts. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing, analyzing, and communicating the impact of AWDF's programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities or duties

  • Facilitate documentation of program activities and outcomes.
  • Develop impact reporting frameworks and tools.
  • Collect, analyze, and synthesize program data.
  • Prepare impact reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support knowledge management and learning initiatives.
  • Collaborate with program teams to capture success stories and lessons learned.

Qualifications or requirements 

  • Relevant qualifications in Development Studies, Communications, Monitoring & Evaluation, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical, writing, and communication skills.

Experience needed

  • Proven experience in documentation, impact reporting, and knowledge management.
  • Experience working with women's rights organizations or in the development sector.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver high-quality outputs.
