JOB DETAILS:
V ALMA C.I.S is seeking proactive and hands-on Field Officers to support the implementation of green agricultural feedstock initiatives across multiple counties in Kenya.
This is a field-intensive role focused on direct farmer engagement, capacity building, community training, stakeholder coordination, and ensuring smooth execution of sustainable bio-feedstock projects.
Key Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in agriculture or agroforestry
* Valid motorcycle riding license with 3+ years off-road experience
* Strong community mobilization and training skills
* Fluency in local dialects (home county advantage)
Contract: Full-time, 1-year renewable with 3-month probation.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 48
Level of Education: postgraduate degree
