Responsibilities

As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for:

  • Recruiting and managing a group of farmers in your assigned area.
  • Delivering training sessions on agricultural best practices.
  • Collecting loan repayments and ensuring timely disbursement of inputs.
  • Monitoring farmer progress and providing ongoing support.
  • Collecting data and reporting on key performance indicators.

Qualifications

We are looking for individuals who possess:

  • A passion for agriculture and empowering smallholder farmers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned area.
  • Basic understanding of agriculture is an advantage.

Experience

Previous experience in community outreach, sales, or agriculture is a plus, but not required. We provide comprehensive training.

Additional Notes

This is a field-based position. Successful candidates will be provided with a bicycle and a mobile phone for work purposes.
