PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To drive sales growth of Purifaaya Ceramic Water Filters by building institutional partnerships, activating retail outlets, and conducting community product demonstrations within the assigned territory.

Responsibility

  • Customer pipeline development (B2B and B2C channels) through research and events.
  • Attend events (activations, markets, trade fairs, presentations at client premises, conferences, etc. in order to promote the business and gather prospects for the channel pipelines.
  • Sales; convert prospects in channel pipelines to customers, manage customer referral and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Customer service; call all existing customers to conduct customer satisfaction surveys, answer any queries and ask for referrals.
  • Logistics support for sales and other project activities, including arranging transport of orders and other support required
  • Provide market feedback and competitor intelligence and submit weekly sales and pipeline reports.
  • Tele sales Task (Lead Qualification);

Call potential customers from the lead list to determine if they meet the criteria for your product/service.

Identify their needs, budget, decision-making authority, and timeline for purchase

Record findings accurately in the CRM for follow-up by the sales team

COMMUNICATION REQUIREMENTS

May require occasional travel upcountry.
