Field Sales Representative – MEDICAL

Our client is seeking an experienced and driven Field Sales Representative to grow the market presence and drive sales across assigned territories. The ideal candidate will be confident in face-to-face selling, relationship management, and closing deals within the healthcare and medical supplies market.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, develop, and manage new and existing clients within assigned territories.
  • Conduct physical visits to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, laboratories, and institutions.
  • Promote and sell medical supplies and products to healthcare facilities.
  • Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals.
  • Achieve and exceed set sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.
  • Collect market intelligence and provide feedback on competitors and customer needs.
  • Follow up on orders, deliveries, and payments in collaboration with internal teams.

Key Requirements

  • Proven experience in field sales, preferably in medical supplies, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare products.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned regions.
  • Valid driving license / ability to commute within sales territories.

Education & Qualifications

  • Certificate or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Additional sales training will be an added advantage.
