CDL was founded in early 2003 by its current Managing Director Lucy Mmari.Within her 14 year tenure in a well established logistics company, She honed her skill in human resources management and thereafter started CDL.

Responsibilities or duties

Drive execution of HPC brand strategies across assigned territory

Ensure product availability, visibility, and promotion compliance

Manage distributors and coordinate field teams to achieve sales and distribution targets

Conduct regular market audits and provide timely reports to management

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

2–5 years’ experience in FMCG field sales or trade marketing, specifically Home Care & Personal Hygiene (HPC) products

Experience managing distributors and a minimum of 10 field staff per territory

Strong knowledge of general trade execution, in-store visibility, POSM deployment, and promo compliance

Proven track record in territory ownership and growth

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

Ability and willingness to work extensively in the field
