A Finance Executive's responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, managing budgets, and preparing financial reports, while key skills involve strong analytical and communication abilities, strategic thinking, and proficiency with financial software.

Accounting & Bookkeeping (GL, Fixed Assets) Reconciliations (Bank, POS, Supplier) Tax & Statutory Compliance (VAT, PAYE) Financial Reporting Support (PL, Balance Sheet)
Analytical and Strategic: Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and make strategic recommendations, along with proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting. Technical: Advanced proficiency in financial software (like SAP, Oracle), accounting software, and Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables). Leadership and Communication: Excellent leadership skills to manage a team and strong communication skills to present complex information to non-financial stakeholders. Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all financial work. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and solve financial issues.
Experience: 2 – 4 Years (Retail/FMCG) Qualifications: Bachelor’s (Finance/Accounting), CPA/ACCA
