Role Overview

Flamingo Horticulture Kenya Limited is seeking a Finance Graduate Trainee to support financial analysis, reporting and budgeting across the organisation. This role is designed for recent graduates interested in developing a career in finance within a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the preparation of financial reports, budgets and financial analysis.
  • Assist in monitoring financial performance and identifying trends.
  • Work with different departments to gather and analyse financial data.
  • Maintain accurate financial records while ensuring confidentiality and integrity of financial information.
  • Assist with financial planning and reporting processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Economics, or a related field with a minimum Second Class Upper Division.
  • Must have graduated within the last two years.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong integrity.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office tools.

Additional Advantage

  • Candidates pursuing or holding CPA(K) qualifications will be highly regarded.
  • Knowledge of Power BI or other business intelligence tools is an advantage.
