Our client in the hospitality industry is seeking to recruit an experienced and service-driven food & beverage manager to be based in Nyeri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing restaurant, bar, and catering operations while ensuring exceptional guest experience, operational efficiency, stock control, and team leadership.

• Manage restaurant, bar, lounge and banqueting operations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with club members
• Control budgets, costs and monthly performance targets
• Plan menus and oversee stock and inventory management
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
• Plan and execute club events, functions and banquets

• Strong knowledge of food and beverage costing, inventory and POS systems
• Proven ability to lead, train and motivate a service team
• Excellent communication skills in English and Kiswahili
• Impeccable grooming, integrity and professional etiquette

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel or F&B Management
• Minimum 4 years management experience in a high-end restaurant, 4 or 5 star hotel or private members club
