Role Context
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Food & Beverage Manager for an ultra-luxury beachfront hotel located in Mombasa. This role is crucial in ensuring the highest standards of service and operational efficiency within the hotel's food and beverage outlets.
Responsibilities
The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the food and beverage department, including menu planning, inventory management, staff training, and customer satisfaction. Key duties include:
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest experience and maximize revenue.
- Managing budgets, controlling costs, and ensuring profitability.
- Maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and service quality.
- Leading and motivating the F&B team.
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates should possess a degree in Hospitality Management or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel environment. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential.
