Job Summary
Empower our youth with global communication assets! We are seeking a dynamic French Language Intern Trainer to build strong foundations in conversational and technical French. Your role is crucial in giving technical students a linguistic edge in regional and international career markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Linguistic Delivery: Help prepare interactive lesson plans, speaking workshops, reading assignments, and student tests.
- Mentorship: Actively mentor and work with young people to encourage fluid verbal expression and comprehensive reading skills.
- Progress Tracking: Formulate periodic assessments and compile detailed learner progress reports.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and academic teamwork within the faculty.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Degree or Diploma in French Language Studies, Education, or a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Licensing: A valid TVETA Trainer License (or being eligible for licensing) is required.
- Methodology: Training in Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) will be an added advantage.
- Core Skills: Advanced proficiency in French, alongside good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Competencies: Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, alongside strong organizational and time management skills.
