Role Context
This role is ideal for an individual who combines strong organizational skills, professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal communication.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and professionally attend to visitors, clients, and guests
- Prepare and maintain the Executive Boardroom for scheduled meetings
- Coordinate meeting refreshments, office supplies, and secretariat requirements
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail, calls, files, and general office support
- Take clear meeting minutes and follow up on assigned action points
- Maintain confidentiality and professional standards
- Provide basic support for boardroom screen and sound equipment and liaise with ICT when required
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, Office Management, Communication, or a related field
- 2–3 years' relevant experience in executive support, secretarial work, or front-office administration
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and meeting/calendar systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused
- High integrity, professional maturity, and discretion
