About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front Office Executive to join our team at Power Vision Consultancy. This role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and exceptional guest experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all aspects of front office operations, including check-in/check-out, reservations, and guest inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, anticipating and exceeding their expectations.
  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Upsell rooms, experiences, and lodge services to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain a high standard of presentation and organization at the front desk.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a front office role within a high-end hotel, lodge, or hospitality setting.
  • Proven experience with reservation systems and front office operations.
  • Strong understanding of luxury guest expectations and service standards.
  • Demonstrated experience in sales and upselling of rooms, experiences, and lodge services.
  • Excellent command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Experience in a boutique lodge or safari lodge is highly desirable.
