REQUIREMENTS:

As a Hotel Front Office Receptionist, you will:

Welcome guests warmly and professionally, ensuring a smooth and memorable arrival, stay and departure experience.

Manage check-ins, check-outs, room allocations, reservations, guest profiles, billing, payments and key control accurately.

Coordinate with Reservations, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure rooms, arrivals, special requests and guest services are well prepared.

Handle guest enquiries, requests, complaints, telephone calls and messages promptly and professionally, escalating issues where necessary.

Provide guests with information on hotel facilities, dining, spa, excursions and activities while identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.

Coordinate luggage, wake-up calls, excursions, leisure activities and other guest requests with the relevant departments.

Maintain accurate Front Office records, shift handovers, reports, cash floats and operational controls, reporting discrepancies or faults promptly.

Maintain a clean, organised and welcoming reception area while consistently upholding the hotel's service standards.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Tourism or a related field is preferred.

Previous hotel Front Office or Guest Services experience is an advantage.

Flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
