Savanna Flowers is a reliable supplier for cuttings an rooted young plants. We have a wide range of species as Pelargonium, Bedding Plants, Perennials, Grasses, Herbs, Hedera. The Savanna Flowers farm is located in Africa close to the Equator at the Naivasha Lake in Kenya at an altitude of 1.900m.

We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Secretary to manage our reception area and perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our company, providing excellent customer service while ensuring smooth office operations.

Job Profile

Ensuring that the reception area is well maintained as this creates the first impression of the firm to incoming guests,

Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls,

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, packages),

Attending to client queries, receiving internal & external customers and directing them,

Maintain office filing systems, and provide basic administrative and clerical support,

Schedule appointments, travel and hotel bookings and manage the company directory,

Assist in clerical duties to staff not limited to scanning, copying, and printing, 8. Assist in printing production labels.

Minimum Requirements:

At least a Diploma in business or relevant qualification from a recognized institution,

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Professional appearance and attitude

Good planning and organizing skills

Accuracy/ attention to details

Person of high integrity and confidentiality

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
