Job Summary
Expand our students' global horizons! We are looking for an enthusiastic German Language Intern Trainer to teach linguistic and cultural fluency. You will help students build vital language competencies needed for international employment, training pathways, and cross-border collaborations.
Key Responsibilities
- Linguistic Delivery: Help prepare lesson plans, language exercises, oral practice modules, and student vocabulary tests.
- Mentorship: Actively mentor and work with young people to build their confidence in speaking, reading, and writing German.
- Progress Tracking: Conduct regular language assessments and compile detailed learner progress reports.
- Team Collaboration: Maintain high levels of professionalism, integrity, and academic teamwork within the faculty.
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: A Degree or Diploma in German Language Studies, Education, or a relevant field from a recognized institution.
- Licensing: A valid TVETA Trainer License (or being eligible for licensing) is required.
- Methodology: Training in Competency-Based Education and Training (CBET) will be an added advantage.
- Core Skills: Native-like or advanced proficiency in German, alongside good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Competencies: Good computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, alongside strong organizational and time management skills.
