Background

The General Manager – Business Process Re-engineering and Automation will spearhead enterprise-wide process optimization, digital automation, and workflow transformation initiatives aimed at improving operational efficiency, cost optimization, and service delivery standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

The role will conduct enterprise process diagnostics, map current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and design optimized future-state operating models. The position will oversee implementation of automation solutions including robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent workflow tools, and process digitization initiatives.

The GM will collaborate with business units to standardize procedures, reduce manual interventions, eliminate redundancies, and enhance turnaround times. The incumbent will define performance benchmarks, track automation ROI metrics, and report transformation outcomes to executive leadership.

The role will manage cross-functional transformation projects, oversee change management initiatives, and ensure alignment between automation strategies and regulatory compliance standards.
