We’re Looking for You!
As a Graduate Trainee – Sales, you will work closely with the Commercial Sales Team to develop core sales capabilities and gain hands-on experience in the automotive industry. You will support the delivery of exceptional customer experiences, assist in identifying and converting sales opportunities, and contribute to achieving business targets.
Throughout the program, you will be exposed to key areas of the sales process—including customer engagement, product knowledge, lead management, and aftersales coordination—while adhering to company standards and best practices. You will also play a role in maintaining a professional, customer-focused environment and building strong relationships with clients.
- Deliver and facilitate teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Conduct research, publish findings, and secure research funding through proposals.
- Build partnerships with industry, government, alumni, and other stakeholders.
- Support policy development and institutional planning.
- Monitor and evaluate teaching, research, and resource management for quality improvement.
- Engage in continuous professional and staff development.
- Develop, review, and implement academic curricula.
- Supervise postgraduate students.
- Maintain accurate student records, assessments, and academic progress tracking.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to supervise, motivate and work with diverse teams
- Ability to work within tight deadlines.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Proven passion for research, innovation, and outreach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good analytical and critical thinking skills.
- An earned PhD and Master's degree in software engineering or a related field from accredited institutions.
- At least three (3) years of demonstrated quality and progressive teaching experience as an Associate Professor or Senior Lecturer; and research experience.
- A minimum of six (6) high quality publications in refereed journals since last promotion to the position of Senior Lecturer.
- Successful supervision of at least 5 postgraduate students, including 2 PhD candidates.
- Registered with the relevant professional body.
- Active participation in national and international scholarly activities.
