• Reporting & Documentation – Prepare learning reports, technical notes, and presentations.
• Mentorship Engagement – Work closely with senior engineers and managers for guidance.
• Continuous Improvement – Apply feedback, develop technical and leadership skills.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Fresh graduates or up to 2 years’ experience.
• Strong academic background and technical aptitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
