Harvesting Supervisor

Job Summary

The Harvesting Supervisor will coordinate harvesting operations to ensure crops and flowers are harvested at the correct maturity, handled carefully, and prepared according to quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise daily harvesting activities.
• Allocate harvesting teams and monitor productivity.
• Ensure correct harvesting techniques are followed.
• Inspect harvested products for quality and maturity.
• Coordinate movement of harvested produce to the relevant post-harvest areas.
• Monitor wastage, damages, and harvesting losses.
• Maintain accurate harvesting records and reports.
• Ensure workers comply with health, safety, and hygiene requirements.

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in horticulture, floriculture, or agricultural production.
• Strong team supervision and organizational skills.
• Good understanding of harvesting and crop-handling practices.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
