Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead the implementation of the credit origination and corporate service strategy in line with the overall Corporate Banking strategy .

Evaluate credit applications, including structure, risk vs. return, and effectiveness of risk mitigants .

Identify and manage high-risk accounts and take necessary corrective action .

Provide oversight on the performance of facilities from other KCB subsidiaries and ensure robust covenant monitoring .

Champion the delivery of consistent, seamless, and trusted customer service .

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree and a Certificate in Commercial Credit are required .

Professional qualifications like CPA, ACCA, CFA, or AKIB are an added advantage .

A Master's Degree in Finance or a Business-related field is an added advantage .

Minimum of 10 years of total experience, with at least 8 years in areas like Credit Management, Portfolio Management, and Financial Analysis
