Requirments
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSCN) from a recognized university.
- Management/administration training is a plus
- Registered with the Nursing Council of Kenya with a valid practicing license.
- Minimum 10 years in progressive nursing, with 3-5 years in a senior nursing leadership role
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, policy-making, stakeholder management, and project execution.
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 120
Level of Education: bachelor degree
