Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement an organization-wide strategy for managing physical assets and outsourced services .

Lead planning, acquisition, construction, and maintenance of physical assets and premises .

Formulate frameworks for overall bank asset management and monitor annual operational and capital budgets .

Lead and supervise construction and refurbishment projects .

Ensure compliance with all procedures, policies, regulations (including OSHA), and lead Business Continuity Plans (BCP) .

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent .

Member of the Kenya Institute of Supplies Management (KISM) with a valid practicing license .

Professional qualifications in Project Management .

8 years of working experience, including 8 years in Engineering Practice, 5 years in Facilities Management, 5 years in Project Management, and 5 years in Power Systems
