Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and optimize production operations to achieve efficiency, quality and on-time delivery targets.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards across all production activities.
- Manage production planning, scheduling, capacity and resource allocation aligned with business demand.
- Monitor production performance, resolve bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce inefficiencies and improve operational performance.
- Control production budgets, optimize costs and improve operational profitability.
- Lead, develop and motivate production teams while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee equipment reliability and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
- 7+ years of experience in stainless steel fabrication or metalworks, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for design and drawing interpretation.
- Training in occupational health and safety practices.
