Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead and optimize production operations to achieve efficiency, quality and on-time delivery targets.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety and regulatory standards across all production activities.
  • Manage production planning, scheduling, capacity and resource allocation aligned with business demand.
  • Monitor production performance, resolve bottlenecks and implement corrective actions to maintain smooth operations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce inefficiencies and improve operational performance.
  • Control production budgets, optimize costs and improve operational profitability.
  • Lead, develop and motivate production teams while collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee equipment reliability and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
  • 7+ years of experience in stainless steel fabrication or metalworks, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) for design and drawing interpretation.
  • Training in occupational health and safety practices.
