Responsibilities or duties

This role is responsible for the overall leadership, management, performance and regulatory compliance of all Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) under CPF Capital’s license as a CMA-approved REIT Manager. The role will have primary accountability for the IMARA Income REIT (I-REIT) and any future REIT products, ensuring strong portfolio performance, full regulatory compliance, investor confidence, and sustainable income generation.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

Academic and Professional Qualifications/Memberships to professional bodies:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business, Accounting or related field.
• Professional qualification (CFA, CPA, ACCA, or Real Estate Finance) is highly desirable.
• Strong knowledge of CMA REIT regulations, trust structures, and capital markets.

Experience needed

Minimum 10 years’ experience in real estate investment, fund management, REITs, asset management or institutional property portfolios.

At least 5 years in a senior or leadership role in REITs, real estate funds, pension fund property portfolios, or regulated asset management.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: postgraduate degree
