Surelift Solutions Limited is seeking a dynamic, commercially driven professional to lead the Research & Strategic Insights Unit.

REQUIREMENTS

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, Research, or a related field (Master's degree is an added advantage).
• 5–10 years' experience in research, strategy, consulting, or advisory roles.
• Strong business development and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Proven leadership experience with a track record of delivering measurable results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead the strategy, development, and positioning of the Research & Strategic Insights function.
• Identify market opportunities and translate client challenges into research and advisory solutions.
• Drive revenue generation and manage performance against set targets.
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality, data-driven, and actionable research outputs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with government, private sector, and institutional stakeholders.

Reports directly to the Director
