About the Role
Reporting to the Group Director, Business Excellence, the Head of Technology Reliability oversees enterprise-wide operational service delivery, including Incident Management, Change Management, Service Desk, Monitoring, and 1st-Level Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Enterprise Service Operations Ownership
- Incident Management Leadership
- Release & Change Management Governance
- Service Desk & 1st-Level Support Oversight
- In charge of Monitoring & Service Availability
- Lead Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
- Service Performance & Reporting
- Service Transition Governance from Build to Run
- Align Service Operations with Enterprise Risk Management
- Mentor and develop a high-performance team
Who We’re Looking For
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in ICT or relevant degree
- Relevant Certifications in Digital Transformation, Technology Leadership, Project Management and Service Operations
- 10 – 12 years’ experience at a leadership level
