Our client, a private school in Kitengela, is seeking a high-impact Headteacher / School Principal with 7+ years’ proven leadership experience and a strong command of full CBC implementation in line with KICD guidelines. TAKE NOTE requires a firm, results-driven instructional leader.
Qualifications or requirements
- 5+ years’ experience as a Deputy Headteacher, Headteacher, or equivalent
- Strong understanding of full CBC implementation aligned to KICD guidelines
- Proven ability to mentor and supervise teachers on CBC lesson delivery, assessment, and reporting
- Hands-on oversight of schemes of work, lesson plans, learner portfolios, and CBC documentation
- Strong staff discipline, performance management, and accountability
