We’re Hiring: Hostel Manager

Are you an experienced and responsible leader who can keep things running smoothly? We’re looking for a Hostel Manager to oversee daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure our residents enjoy a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage day-to-day hostel operations
• Handle resident admissions and keep accurate records
• Supervise housekeeping and maintenance staff
• Ensure cleanliness, safety, and discipline
• Address resident concerns and solve issues promptly
• Manage supplies and administrative tasks

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in hostel, property, or facility management
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle emergencies and solve problems efficiently
• Basic computer skills
• Female candidates preferred

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
