We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team at Robot Cafe. We are hiring for the following positions:

HOSTESS

Duty Station: Robot Cafe

Job Purpose

The Hostess will be responsible for warmly welcoming guests, managing the reception area, coordinating seating, and ensuring that every customer receives a friendly and professional experience from the moment they arrive at Robot Cafe.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests warmly and professionally.
• Manage guest seating and maintain an organized seating arrangement.
• Escort guests to their tables and provide menus where required.
• Assist with reservations and manage the waiting list.
• Respond courteously to customer inquiries and requests.
• Coordinate with waiters, waitresses, and other team members to ensure smooth service.
• Monitor guest needs and communicate concerns to the appropriate staff.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized reception area.
• Handle customer feedback professionally and escalate complaints when necessary.
• Assist in maintaining a positive atmosphere and high standards of customer service.
• Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, cafes, hotels, or a related field.
• Relevant training or qualification from a recognized institution.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
