HR Assistant
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department. The successful candidate will assist with recruitment, employee records management, onboarding, and general HR administrative duties to ensure smooth and efficient HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Onboarding & Employee Records
- Prepare employment contracts and manage onboarding process
- Maintain and update employee records (both physical and digital)
HR Administration
- Manage HR database (attendance, leave, employee details) etc.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures
Payroll & Benefits Support
- Assist in payroll preparation (attendance tracking, leave records, deductions)
- Mange employee benefits records
Compliance & Policies
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement and welfare initiatives
- Assist in organizing training and development.
Qualifications & Requirements
Education
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience
- 1-2 years of relevant experience (internship experience is an added advantage)
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
- Familiarity with HR systems/software is an added advantage
