An HR Assistant supports the HR department with administrative tasks like managing employee records, assisting with recruitment and onboarding, and helping with benefits and payroll. Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite and HR software (HRIS/HRMS). Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
