Key Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment with a focus on international hiring
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for global and local roles
• Coordinate interviews across different time zones
• Manage candidate communication, records, and recruitment documentation
• Support onboarding processes for international hires
• Prepare recruitment reports and trackers

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Proven experience in international recruitment
• Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality
• Tech-savvy with recruitment systems and digital tools
