HR MANAGER (1 POSITION)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function at the property level, ensuring full compliance with Group HR policies and statutory requirements.
  • Partner with Heads of Departments to drive manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Champion performance management, learning and development, and talent retention strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, discipline, and welfare in alignment with company policy and labor laws.
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to the HR team.
  • Ensure accurate HR reporting, documentation, and coordination with the Group HR office.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
  • CHRP (K) certification and valid IHRM membership are mandatory.
  • Minimum of 5 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years at management level in the hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
