Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Acting as the primary HR point of contact for client organizations
  • Building and maintaining strong partnerships with client leadership
  • Conducting HR audits, compliance reviews, and preparing actionable recommendations
  • Leading end-to-end recruitment processes for client roles
  • Overseeing onboarding, performance management systems, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Handling employee relations matters professionally and in line with labor laws
  • Supporting payroll alignment, compensation benchmarking, and statutory remittances

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field
  • 2–3 years’ experience in HR, preferably with consulting exposure
  • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and compliance frameworks
  • IHRM membership is mandatory; CHRP qualification is an added advantage
  • Exceptional communication, advisory, and relationship management skills
