Responsibilities
As an HR Officer (Recruiter), you will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new employees. This includes:
- Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.
- Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening resumes and conducting interviews.
- Managing the offer process and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
- Building and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Qualifications and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Officer or Recruiter, preferably in the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS and recruitment software.
