We are seeking qualified and dedicated professional to join our HR team within our client’s premises in the following role. The position is urgent, and early applications are encouraged.
HR SUPERVISOR
Location: Industrial Area
Employment Type: Full-time
Role Overview:
The HR Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR functions at our client’s site in Industrial Area. The role ensures compliance, staff welfare, and efficient coordination between the site and the Head Office.
The role also includes oversight of attendance management and preparation of payroll data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee HR operations within the client’s premises.
- Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, deployment, and staff orientation.
- Manage attendance, leave, and timesheet reporting.
- Support disciplinary processes in line with labour laws and company policy.
- Facilitate staff training, performance monitoring, and welfare programs.
- Maintain updated HR records and statutory documentation.
- Act as the link between site operations, the client, and HQ HR.
- Address staff concerns professionally to maintain positive relations.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR supervision or HR generalist work.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
