Job Summary:
The Human Resource Assistant will support the company’s HR and administrative functions by assisting in staff management, recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, and maintaining proper HR records to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
- Maintain accurate employee records and staff files.
- Monitor attendance, leave days, shifts, and staff discipline.
- Assist in preparation of HR documents including contracts, warning letters, and appointment letters.
- Support management in staff welfare and communication.
- Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
- Coordinate staff trainings and meetings where required.
- Assist in payroll preparation and staff data management.
- Handle general administrative duties assigned by management.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
- Experience working as an HR Assistant or HR Officer in Hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR procedures.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle staff matters professionally.
