Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead recruitment, onboarding, talent management, and succession planning processes.
  • Drive employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development programs.
  • Guide management on employee relations matters and conflict resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
  • Manage compensation and benefits administration and recommend competitive reward practices.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to build organizational capability.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and prepare periodic HR reports and metrics.
  • Support change management initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Oversee HR budgets and ensure effective utilization of resources.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Must be CHRP(K), certified, and possess an IHRM full membership status
  • 7–10 years’ progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role in a busy and large-scale FMCG manufacturing industry.
  • Sound knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
