Qualifications, Skills and Experience

• Experience: 15 to 20 years in Senior HR Management.
• Experience in Kenya / Tanzania / Uganda is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment, hiring, and onboarding. Ensure hiring aligns with manpower requirements.
• Manage all passports, visas, work permits, and travel/leave for expatriate staff.
• Address requests, grievances, and conduct investigations.
• Ensure Statutory Compliances are met and handle legal cases.
• Manage performance reviews, promotions, and compensation corrections.
• Identify needs and coordinate training programs.
• Supervise attendance, ensure punctuality/discipline, and update HODs.
• Ensure all job descriptions are updated and compliant.
• Conduct probationary staff reviews, oversee organizational insurance requirements.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 180

Level of Education: bachelor degree
